50 GUEST MINIMUM

A minimum of 50 guests is required for private events. Groups with fewer than 50 guests may still reserve the space; however, the 50-guest minimum food commitment and applicable private-event fee will still apply.

The private-event fee is separate from food, beverages, applicable tax and gratuity.

BAR EXPERIENCE

Your event includes a designated bartender. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the private-event package or per-person menu pricing and will be charged separately based on consumption.

Hosted bar arrangements, limited selections, drink tickets and individual guest tabs may be arranged in advance with management.

GRATUITY & TAX

A 20% gratuity will be added to all private events. Applicable taxes are additional. Alcoholic beverages are charged separately.

RESERVATIONS

A deposit is required to reserve your date and secure exclusive use of the second floor. Final guest count, menu selections, event times, bar arrangements and special requests must be confirmed with Condesa management prior to the event.
